How to polish your bathroom countertops

Cleaning the bathroom is one of the most difficult task of the household chores and it’s not about the size of the space, is for small places that need to be clean and are very hard (and sometimes disgusting) to clean up.

We know the struggle, so today we want to give you very simple tips about the cleaning and polishing of your countertops. Remember that they are one of the secrets that will help you add class and style to your bathroom.

The way of leaning your bathroom countertops depends on the type of materials they are made of, wood, marble, tile and granite are the most common ones and they all suffer from smudges, scratches and stains and they need to be cleaned up.

Marble countertops need a lot of care and careful, if you have some of these and you want to polish them, use a rag and a water-based cleanser. Avoid acid-based products or abrasive materials, they’ll damage your countertops.

On the other hand, plastic and laminated countertops are very easy to clean and polish. Use a scrubbing pad, water and a polish cleanser, the only thing you need to do is water the sponge, add to it the cleanser and start rubbing softly.

For wooden countertops, we recommend all the surface polishers that are on the market, they have the accurate and right components to take care of your furniture. The only thing you’ll need to do is spray it all over the countertops and spread it with a rag.

If you don’t like to use chemical products, the best for cleaning and polishing the countertops are: Bicarbonate soda, orange juice, vinegar and nail polish removal.
